47 y/o Jonathan Schmitz, the homophobic man who appeared on the Jenny Jones show and murdered the guest who said he had a secret "gay crush" on him is now enjoying his freedom after spending onl 22 years in prison!!

He was photographed outside a pet store and visiting a car insurance agent in Lapeer Michigan as the convicted murderer is back living with his mother and dad in their 3 bedroom home.

He spent the entire day running errands on his day off but was not keen on talking to dailymail reporters as his trailer trash family ATTACKED the cameramen who tried asking him questions.

He is under strict parole conditions which include not being allowed to leave Michigan or change his place of residence without permission of probation officers.

He was 24 in 1995 when he appeared on the Jenny Jones show with 32 y/o Scott Amedure when Scott said he had a romantic interest in him which apparently embarrassed and angered him..

Jonathan AGREED to appear on the show as the segment was on "Secret Admireres" as he was expecting it to be a woman and not his gay neighbor

He was so enraged and said he was "completely heterosexual" and 3 days afer the taping, he started drinking heavily and purcahsed a 12 gauge shotgun and went to Scott's mobile home and shot him twice at close range in the chest.

He called police and admitted he had murdered him and turned himself in after admitting the "shame" of being embarrassed on national television.

He was sentenced to 25-50 years for 2nd degree murder and although that was overturned, a retrial occurred with the same verdict.

Jonathan was granted parole and will be supervised until Augut 22, 2019.

The victim's faily were outraged over the release as they were troubled with not knowing if Jonathan had learned his lesson despife sentence given to him as they do not believe he is no longer a homophobe nor has gotten appropriate psychological care.

Do you think 25 years is an appropriate sentence for "murder"??

2 Organizers of an alt-right rally planned tomorrow in San Francisco have been abruptly cancelled over fears they will be met with resistance by "violent" counter protesters!!

Both a "Freedom" and a "No to Marxism in Berkeley" rally were called off

Group Patriot Prayer said it would hold a useless news conference instead to explain what Joey Gibson called a failure of officials to keep their attendees safe.

He planned it with transgender Amber Cummings, who supports Trump, who was hosting a No to Marxism in Berkeley rally.

Amber pleaded with whatever people she had following her to not go to her rally tomorrow over fears of counter protesters and admitted she was "scared" for her own safety

Amber said because of threats and past history of police being ordered to stand down at prior rallies caused her to cancel it

She said "This rally will take place, but it will be me alone attending, no one else please. In the event i am hurt or killed attending this rally because i am transgender, i ask you to please not to retaliate on each other as a result of my injuries. Let my life be the last one lost"

Amber says that Trump truly cares about transgenders despite the ban and said that the LEFT are the ones who are not true lovers of the LGBTQ.

But Mayor Ed Lee doesn't believe them when they say it's called off and have proceeded to do what they were going to do

He said "We don't trust this group. I never have from the beginning". He has urged people not to show up at that news conference either.

There were already plans of resistance as counter protesters were going to leave DOG POOP on the grounds where the right wingers were going to rallyas they planned to leave them all over the fields they were going to march on

I never hut anybody nor did i have the intent to. I never said i was actually going to hurt anybody with a vehicle, they assumed it. never would have thought it would be a big deal".

He didn't attend the rally over death threats and had to buy SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS for his house.

But then James took a JAB at the Heyer family and said "If you play in the road, you might get hit by a car. My parents taught me that when i was little. Now, her family has 225,000 because she played in the street, ad people feel sorry for her family. I don't care that i got fired, i already got another job. The only thing that upsets me about this situation is that adults are able to throw a tantrum and raise hell and get what they want by doing so. This is not how America is supposed to work"

Colleen Dagg from Florida is hailed a HERO after she took on another racist blonde woman at a hotel when the old hag went on a RACIST rant against Haitian black people!!

Colleen was seen getting in 39 y/o Heifer, Summer Cortts face when Summer made disparaging remarks against a Haitian Security Guard there

The video was posted on twitter that showed Summer confronting Colleen who was sitting in a chair at the lobby and suddenly Summer SMACKS her!

Colleen said that before the video recording began, Summer was goading Colleen with a racist remark against a black haitian security guard so Colleen took her shoes off as she knew what she was about to do.

Summer said "Why are you taking your shoes off? You gonna hit me with one of you shoes? i'm gonna f****** shoot you in your face"

The security guard was asking both women to leave and Colleen says "I'm taking my shoes off so that if she puts her hands on me, i can defend myself"

Then Summer got in her face and hits and shoves her and then Colleen lost her temper and screamed "You put your f****** hands on e??" and starts pulling on her hair and fought her!!

The cops eventually came as Austin, the cameraman said "Unprovoked violence is bad, But provoked violence, epecially as a response to racism seems A-OKAY with the internet"

Colleen said Summer was spewing racist comments long before the fight happened and when police came, they told Summer to take a seat and remain calm as she said Colleen started the fight but video evidence showed Summer started the whole thing.

Summer said she was 3 months pregnant and demanded Collen be arrested..

Colleen created a twitter account and told her side and said "This is a young country, built on racism. Black people have been disenfranchised for over 250 years. The faster white people accept and validate the truth, the closer we'll come to a place of peace and understanding. Fighting racism is dependent upon using my white privilege for the right reasons. There were 2 examples of white privilege in the video. The woman in the blue dress tried to use her white privilege on me, the fact that i'm white too must have slipped her mind. The fight happened at La Quinta |Inn as Summer was the only one charged with disorderly conduct and inciting an affray since she started it.

33 y/o Dilek Edwards was Fired from her job as a Yoga Instructor by her Wall Street chiropractor because his Playboy Bunny wife said she was TOO CUTE and wanted her gone..now she's suing for gender discrimination after an appeals court overturned a previous ruling!!

She accused Charles Nicolai of giving her boot in 2013 because he feared her looks could make his other half, Stephanie Adams jealous.

She originally lost her gender discrimination suit in 2014 but has since been overturned stating the judge who threw out her suit was wrong.

Dilek was hired to provide yoga and massage therapy services to high end clients and she said her relationship with Charles was "purely professional" and he had praised her work before that..

But documents show that his wife was not keen on her and said she was too cute to be kept on his watch...

So Stephanie Adams sent her a text at 130am that said "You are NOT welcome any longer at Wall Street Chiropractic, DO NOT ever step foot in there again, and stay the f*** away from my husband and family!! And remember i warned you!!"

Then she got a text from Charles that said "You are fired and no longer welcome in our office. If you call or try to come back, we will call the police"

Dilek said that Stephanie made a false complaint to the NYPD and the supreme court found evidence that found that this was an unlawful gender discrimination based on the text

They found that Charle's motivation for firing Dilek was because he was appeasing his wife because of her jealousy and it was an unlawful termination

They said that Dilek had "always behaved appropriately in interacting with Nicolai, and was fired for no reaon other than Adam's belief that Nicolai was sexually attracted to her"

33 y/o Dilek Edwards was Fired from her job as a Yoga Instructor by her Wall Street chiropractor because his Playboy Bunny wife said she was TOO CUTE and wanted her gone..now she's suing for gender discrimination after an appeals court overturned a previous ruling!!

She accused Charles Nicolai of giving her boot in 2013 because he feared her looks could make his other half, Stephanie Adams jealous.

She originally lost her gender discrimination suit in 2014 but has since been overturned stating the judge who threw out her suit was wrong.

Dilek was hired to provide yoga and massage therapy services to high end clients and she said her relationship with Charles was "purely professional" and he had praised her work before that..

But documents show that his wife was not keen on her and said she was too cute to be kept on his watch.

So Stephanie Adams sent her a text at 130am that said "You are NOT welcome any longer at Wall Street Chiropractic, DO NOT ever step foot in there again, and stay the f*** away from my husband and family!! And remember i warned you!!"

Then she got a text from Charles that said "You are fired and no longer welcome in our office. If you call or try to come back, we will call the police"

Dilek said that Stephanie made a false complaint to the NYPD and the supreme court found evidence that found that this was an unlawful gender discrimination based on the text

They found that Charle's motivation for firing Dilek was because he was appeasing his wife because of her jealousy and it was an unlawful termination

They said that Dilek had "always behaved appropriately in interacting with Nicolai, and was fired for no reaon other than Adam's belief that Nicolai was sexually attracted to her"

It's Official, a month after Trump announced the ban on transgender people serving in the military, he has now given a memo to Jim Mattis 6 MONTHS to BOOT 15,000 service members out!!

The 2 and a half page says he must consider a service members "deployability" when deciding whether to eject them from the military.

That means if they are unable to serve in a war zone or take part in a training or serve on a ship for months, then they must go.

It doesn't spell out exactly how the criteria is assessed but it seems likely that the implication in the memo that transgender people are non-deployable and deemed cut from the military.

This ban has been met by resistance from transgender representatives as Sue Fulton, president of Sparta said "Transgender people are just as deployable as other servie members. Other service members may undergo procedures when they are at home base, just as other service members shoulder surgery or gall bladder surgery"

A study shows there are between 1300-600 trans soldiers openly serving ith another 7000 on active duty and 11,000 across all areas of military.

Not all of them seek treatment but those that have had treatment would render them non-deployable.

This new memo is the first attempt by the government to provide guidance on how to handle current transgender soldiers as Trump said their military should focus on decisive and overwhelming victory and can't be burdended by transgender people with their "tremendous" medical costs and disruption.

The cost of treatment for them would be 2.4-8.4 mmillion, or 0.04-0.13% of the total military budget

The ban has been met with overwhelming opposition as 58% of the american public oppose this and a slap in the face to the LGBTQ who said Trump would be on their side on this issue.

This also proves that one transgender soldier was told to CHANGE BACK to their born gender if they want to keep their job as well..

Lionsgate Reboot of Hellboy is already stirring up controversy before it even starts as British actor, Ed Skrein, a white man was cast as Ben Daimio in Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen...the only problem is, the character is a JAPANESE-AMERICAN and his heritage was the central point of the character's backstory!!

Daimio's grandmother was a Japanese imperial assassin in WW2 and so the casting of a japanese actor, or even asian actor for that matter was imperative

Many obected to the role not going to an asianamerican actor and called it another example of Hollywood "whitewashing" asian characters

21 y/o Kevin Eng is 750,000 richer after he won a lawsuit against his former teacher, 41 y/o Erin Sayar who SEDUCED him into Sex in 2012 that happened at Brooklyn's infamous "HORNDOG HIGH"!!

She was sentenced to 10 years probation and stripped of her teaching license and was designated a level 1 sex offender for sex with a then 16 y/o Kevin.

22 y/o Former High School Football Star Gregory Raymond Kelly was released from prison after 3 YEARS where he was sentenced for 25 years for child molestation and sexual assault as police few evidence that revealed that his BEST FRIEND was the guilty one!!.

He was greeted with his tearful girlfriend and mother as he walked free on a 50,000 bond in Austin, Texas after the judge blasted the "reckless and uninformed" investigation

He was convicted of super aggravated sexual assault of a child in 2014 based on testimony of a 4 y/o boy who attended the home of a daycare of his friend's mother. Evidence has now caused the entire case into doubt as police say the friend as well as another suspect are now the prime suspects

The shocking case happened in 2012 when police arrived at Leander High School where was Greg was a football player and a star of his team being hauled away in handcuffs as two 4 year old boys at the Cedar Park Home Daycare run by Shama McCarty, the mother of Greg's teammate who said Greg had raped the kids!!

Police connected him to the abuse based solely on the suggestions of one of the boy's parents...one of them recanted their statements at trial and Greg was sentenced to 25 years based on the other boy's testimony....

But photos now show that Greg and now his best friend, Johanthan Ralph McCarty whose mother ran that daycare, look very similar..

Texas Rangers found serious flaws in the local police investigation, including contamination between the witnesses and changing the suspected date of the offense to match when Greg was staying over there and made him the prime suspect as they concentrated only hen he was over there.

Emails show however that Greg refused to believe his friend was guilty either and DEFENDED him against any theories presented by investigators

McCarty is now in jail on unrelated drug charges as the case now draws to him

Yale University is set to remove a "problematic" doorway stone carving that depicts a Puritan settler aiming a MUSKET GUN at a Native American!!

But the right-wing nutjobs are at it again and accused the Ivy League school of "whitewashing history" and being too "politically correct". The University in February decided to rename Calhoun College because it's name is derived from former US President John C Calhoun, who was an ardent supporter of slavery

Yale had been under fire for years for refusing to rename the college who said it was racially insensitive

The stone carving will be moved to another location but be made available to the public for study as the temporary stonework covering up the musket will be removed after relocation

President Peter Salovey said "We cannot make altercations to works of art on our campus. Such alteration represents an erasure of history, which is entirely inappropriate at a university. We are obligated to allow students and others to view images even when they are offensive to study and learn.

This stone carving was created for entrance to Sterling Memorial Library when the building was constructed in 1929. School officials however pressured the university to cover up the musket after consulting with the committee of art..

When right wing pundits heard of this removal, they were quick to react stating this "cover up" of history is destroying the books and trying to "fix" the past which they say cannot happen. They said the stone is an accurate portrayal of Puritan settlers destroying and overthrowing the Native Americans and created this "great country". Many politicians and high profile people spoke out to condemn these groups where Trump said there was GOOD PEOPLE in this racist bunch and he was quickly shut down by critics and people of his own party leaving his approval ratings lower than venereal warts.

The poll unsurprisingly said the majority of Americans disapproved of his handling of the protest while 1/3 of people rejected his idea of him equating counter protesters to neo-nazis and white supremacists

4 y/o Texas Boy was sent home from school during his FIRST WEEK at Kindergarten because his LONG HAIR violated their policy for boys!!

Jessica Oates was furious when they told her her son was required to return a letter "citing a religious or cultural exceptioin" otherwise he needed to CUT his long hair in order to continue his education at Barbers Hill Independent School District.

16 y/o Heifer, Allie Vandee is speaking out after she wore her Make America Great Again hat and a Trump t-shirt to an historically black college and said she DOESN'T plan to apologize for it after she was ridiculed over the weekend for her stunt.

The Pennsylvania teen said she was "unfairly mocked" but won't be pulling the stunt again and said "Knowing that i would be harassed as bad as i was, i would still love Trump. I feel as though to keep the peace, i would just lay low"

She's part of a group called Talent Search aimed at helping students plan for college through meetings and the group went to DC to see the history and then she and a friend at at a local college like they did at Cleveland State.

She said "We didn't get much background on Howard at all from our DC tour guide. He never said it was a predominately African American school. Either way, in my defense, it shouldn't matter what i wear anywhere and i when i wear it. I've never heard of Howard before and i didn't know there was such things as historically black colleges"

Allie said they don't have them where she lives and said "So this was a little bit of culture shock, and i'm taking a a lot of good and positivity from this lesson. But i honestly had no idea it was a historically black college and these people harassing me for not knowing i did, but i swear to God, me an dmy friend were innocently were wearing Trup stuff."

She said a man took her firends hat and then felt intimidated and said "i realized this must be like, anti-Trump. This girl was videotaping us and said who do these people think they are? They were putting us on Snapchat, i really did not expect that. I can walk and roam the streets in Erie and wear as much Trump gear as i please and none of that would happen to me"

She's gotten 500 direct messages harassing her but that she's gotten support too.

Now she's gotten THREATS after people found her parent's home address as people told her to that she's a racist, a white supremacist AND a nazi.

Allie says "Donald Trump is not a Nazi. They weren't just labelling me, they were labelling our president as these horrible groups. I will say sorry for your misunderstanding and i won't apologize for supporting my president. God put Donald Trump here to be our fearless leader and he will make America Great again and these people have no idea what's coming."

He remembers walking home from school with a friend in 1962 as weeks leading up to the event people anticipated the partial solar eclipse and he was eager to see it..

He says "The sun at the time at 3:30pm was in the one o'clock position. I was to Roger, if you stare at it long enough the brightness goes away. We both got burned at the same time..he got the left eye, i got the right eye" as each looked at the sun the moment the moon started to move in front and flashing lights started going into their eyes..

He was warned to use a pinhole projector box that createsa reflection for safe viewing but he did not listen..

Lou says "We were just doing it for a short time. I have a little blind spot in the centre of my right eye. You know how the news people blur license plate out. That's what i have on the right eye, about the size of a pea. I can't see around that"....

Portions of his retina were burned by the sun..his assumption that looking at the sun was safer if the sun was partially blocked by he moon was incorrect and now his happy to warn people to this day not to do what he did and said "it's not worth it"

It's going to be over real quick and not worth taking the chance

It is going to be the most observed solar eclipse in history as the school district in Ohio has CANCELLED SCHOOL over concerns students will damage their eyes while looking at it..

well if it was still an accident then we don't know if the bug really died anyway since it looked like you just lightly tapped it lol. if anything was there, it's body was still in one piece so it probably wasn't dead if anything was actually there.

A massive asteroid that's the size of 3 MILES will be make an extremely close encounter with Earth on September 1st that it will be VISIBLE with a telescope!!

The huge rock dubbed "Florence" is so big it will pass by 4.4 million miles from our planet or 18 times the distance between earth and the moon..

This is the closet an asteroid of this size that's come by since astronomers began tracking it and gives scientists an up close study of the massive rock

Although alarming, NASA says it will safely past Earth..although it's not the closest asteroid that's been in Earth's path but it's certainly the largest and would wipe out earth indefinitely if impacted

It won't come this close again until the year 2500..but experts warn that an asteroid will hit earth sooner or later as nobody knows when the next big impact will occur..

Would you be a terrified if an Asteroid was about to hit earth?
